Welcome to the new OTAUK website. We have been busy redesigning the site and hope to be able to add far more content and make it easier to find what you want.
As we develope the site, new features and pages will be added. This will include two workshop site blog pages where our engineers will post their findings and also speakers and equipment for sale by them.
Short History
One Thing Audio UK is a trading name of One Thing Control & Supplies Ltd. My late brother Steven, along with Ron were the famous One Thing Audio. After my brother passed away One Thing Audio ceased to be and stopped trading.
We worked closely together but remained seperate entities, One Thing Control & Supplies Ltd helped with the design and bulk purchasing of the various PCBs required and improved their design. We also brought to market a complete new power supply for the ESL57, as well as re-engineering the OTA Widget into a format of our own design.
We have two engneers
One who is based in Leicester and the other in Banbury. Andy, the Leicester engineer was trained by Ron and Steve many years ago and was the sole service engineer for Classique Sounds on Quad electrostatic speakers.
The other Alan was also trained by both Ron & Steve and works closely with Andy. Based In Banbury, with Andy in Leicester we feel we have two very well trained and positioned locations.
Head Office
We ochestrate all of the Admin and production of boards and panels etc which facitiate the two engineers and allow an easy flow of knowledge between us all. This knowledge will also be available to you as it becomes available.
